I would give a negative rate if I could!

I booked a room for 5 nights at the price $89.99/night. My wife didn't know the price and checked in before me (she arrived earlier than me). The staff charged her for $103 per night! So I went to the staff to clarify why they charge me extra money, he explained because I use the hotel booking website and they have to pay extra money to the website. But I booked my room via their official website, NOT some other hotel booking webistes! (But anyway, I got my money back)

The room I booked is a non-smoking room. But it smells really bad, and the bed sheet has several cigarette burned spots!!! I was told it used to be a smooking room but now it's not!!!

Room is noisy. All fans in your room are really noisy. The noise is so lound that you cannot really use then. Don't expect to get a quiet environment by turning off the fans. You can still hear the fans' noise from the other rooms.

Room is dirty. Don't look at the pictures they show you online. You cannot see the details. I'll upload some.

It's a standard MOTEL! If you want to stay in a INN or hotel, don't go there. They are lying. I am not saying MOTEL is not good. But you would not expect to pay $90/night for such a motel.

If you are sensitive to smoking, don't go to this motel. Even though you might be told your room is a non-smoking room, they allow people smoke outside your room.

The towels have holes.

Their website says you can get 15% off if you stay for 3+ night. That's not the fact. The staff told the price is already after the discount. But I noticed they charge the same price for 1 night stay. They lied to me.

Anyway, I checked out in the next day and cancelled the other 4 nights with $10 fine after arguing with the staff.

I kind of feel bad doing this the people were very nice at the Lobby. But the Motel itself, was absolutely terrible!! the only good thing about it was the price... the pictures online absolutely do not represent the rooms accurately. The shower in my room was very dirty there was no light cover on the lights and the venting system wasn't working well.. the vent was completely yellowed with things sticking out of it like their Ducks haven't been cleaned... ** my mistake I wanted a smoking room.. but it stunk so bad I couldn't even dry myself with the towels they provided they smelled so strongly. At 2 a.m. I was woken up buy a few fire trucks and ambulances... due to what I'd imagine to be an overdose taking place a few Doors Down.. that really freaks me out!! along with the group of undesirable looking people standing in the alley, doing again what I presume to be a drug deal.. same gentleman walking up and down the motel doorways rading but cans searching for cigarettes, and money if you happen to be standing out there. I understand the room was cheap but they shouldn't be allowing the local Riff Raff to be harassing their customers. Again they were very friendly, very accommodating and very nice while booking it was the cleanliness that was the main issue due to the way the washroom looked I refuse to sleep in the bed thankfully I had brought my...

Nasty, nasty, nasty! I don't even know why people are leaving good reviews at all. My husband and I checked in and left after 5 minutes of entering the room, with our deposit back.

The rooms are NOTHING like the pictures they advertise. It reminds me of a scene from Breaking Bad. They are run down, filthy, with heavily stained furniture. There was a band aid stuck to the arm chair! The beds were stained and they use a cheap comforter as a blanket. Wouldn't be surprised if the mattress contained bed bugs. The room smelled heavily of smoke, and I don't even want to know what else. I didn't want to touch any surface, including the door handles, because of how disgustingly dirty the place was. Oh, and the ample amount of fruit flies buzzing around.

PLEASE take your money else where. The only postive thing was that we got our deposit back before we left. I wish I had taken photos to prove just how nasty this dumpster hole was.
