Terrible hotel, front desk is filled with airheads who don’t remember a thing, and rooms are disgusting and littered with bedbugs, wife woke up with bites, and when brought to the attention of the front desk, they just try to play the blame game instead of owning up to their hotels problems. The manager is a joke, tries to insure you did something until you bring up past reviews of others then he goes silent. Rented the terrible king suite with the jetted tub and come to find all the money I spent wasted because these unprofessional individuals didn’t clean any rooms before we arrived from what he said on the phone the day we arrived in. Claimed we’d get refunded 3 days but their staff love to play the forgetting game or like to claim they were never told. Don’t ever give these scammers the benefit of the doubt because they’ll try and take advantage of it! Best bet to stay at a AirBNB they are way nicer and cleaner and worth the money over this terrible place. Edit: It makes me laugh how delusional you are as an owner. The fact you said other accommodations were available yet your staff claimed otherwise and said all other rooms were booked, that’s a stone cold lie, then the fact you claim all rooms are clean, then explain on check-in why your “manager” if that’s what you wanna call him was complaining on the phone that no rooms had been cleaned yet to the staff since 2pm? Or are we just gonna try and weasel our way passed like you’ve done to other customers staying at this bed bug ridden place? Realistically I should’ve been given a full refund considering those problems don’t just arise from the blue, if you actually knew you would know that they start from the bed and nest inside the mattress, then come up, meaning they were already there previously before we even arrived. Never give this hotel a chance or the benefit of the doubt because they love to lie and scam. Not surprised!

Would think twice before coming here. There are two other best westerns close to the airport at a lower price. Very rude night shift man. Came in early in the morning, was quiet as there was no one in the lobby. No one standing or sitting behind the counter, no sign or phone number to call. Looked around for a bell and there is no bell. We called out for a bit to no answer. Walked around the lobby and hallways looking for someone. Finally came back and tried to find a phone number to call and just yelled loudly for someone. Finally we hear some stirring in the back and an middle aged man with glasses and purple hair in a pink dress shirt comes out very slowly. No apologies and just stood there. I asked if he was sleeping and he said in broken English “how can i sleep?” I told him we were yelling for someone out here for 10 minutes, there is no response from him. He then spends a lonnnnng time checking us in, and finally gives us a room that’s on the first floor right across from the humming electrical and boiler room and close to all the staff laundry facilities. He was really petty but it was almost 4 now. I didn’t want to go back and argue since he gave us really creepy vibes. The room was so so, there was long hair all over the floor in the bathroom. I’m guessing the carpet probably has a lot as well and wasn’t vacuumed. Sad hotel, but breakfast was really good and the checkout staff (2 girls) were really nice.

My second stay here, and I will stay here next time in Toronto as well! First of all, when coming in to the hotel the staff is very welcoming and are having an genuine concern about your comfort during the stay. Almost like a family. The rooms are good and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. And I used their FREE shuttle service (PICK UP AND DROP), a 10 minutes ride to the international airport. I was in Canada for 10 days with a rented car and it was very easy to use the hotel as a bird watching base with easy access to the highway network The parks in Toronto about 30 minutes away and the Lynde Shores Conservation Area in Whitby 50 minutes away. Niagara Falls 1 hour 15 minutes or so. Breakfast included and they have china and stainless steel cutlery in the restaurant named BITE. The restaurant, BITE does not belong to the hotel but the restaurant is located in the hotel. And the staff and Manager is as SERVICE MINDED as the staff in the hotel and I had a couple of dinners in the restaurant. The ribs are very good! I had friends over and we ate at the restaurant and we were all very satisfied!

HORRIBLE!! Not good at all! I put a lot of effort to find a good hotel by the airport since we were using it to start our vacation. The reviews seemed good and thought that it would at least match up to what was being positively said. We were very disappointed. Our shuttle service was just awful, called the hotel for pick up they said the shuttle is on it way it would be there in 10 to 15 minutes well 1/2hr went by I called back and unfortunately found the staff abrupt on the phone and just said the shuttle will be there soon. We saw so many other hotel shuttles coming and going it finally came close to an hour it picked us up. We finally get to the hotel we get checked in and get into our room on the main floor. I pulled the bed covers back and right away saw 3 long black hairs on clean sheets. Went to front desk and said they would have someone change the sheets for us. They tried to find another room for us but no success. So had to stay in that room. The sheets were finally changed, now wanted to order room service since that was provided in the hotel binder however they had no menu, went to front desk and they said the restaurant menu might have changed they're not sure why there is no menu in the bedroom, we just really wanted to stay our my room but went to the restaurant instead only positive thing is that it was excellent food. Got back to our room and moved the ottoman and saw that its been a while since it was vacuumed under it. We went to get into bed and noticed that there was something not right with headboard it is wooden and doesn't look like it gets wiped down often noticed like maybe somebody leaned back and left grease stain from their head. Got out my wipes and cleaned it also my bedside table had something on it and running down the side of it. Once we spot cleaned everything we finally got into bed and noticed there was a hair under the sheet!! We were so tired just didn't want to deal with the front desk again. The room just overall felt very unclean this was also proven when I looked up and saw 2 spider webs higher up in the corner of the room. Will NEVER...

Read all the way through before booking.

Good location to the airport but that is the only good thing about this hotel. I wouldn't normally post a bad review but this place has no intent to improve or care for their customer's concerns.

The room we stayed in (230) smelled moldy and was dirty. The sheets had clearly not been changed from the previous customer as there were numerous long hairs inside the sheets and pillows and makeup on the pillow cases. I tried to ask the room attendant in the halls to come change them but they were no where to be found and the cart left in the hall so I grabbed sheets and changed them on my own. The floors and walls were dirty. The closet floor in our room looked like it had never been cleaned.

When we arrived mid-day I spoke to reception about the other half of our family getting picked up from the airport at 12:15am and they said the regular hourly shuttle ends at 12 but if we call and arrange it they will pick up after 12. We arranged it, they agreed then when our party arrived at the airport and called for the pickup the new receptionist was rude and said they wouldn't get a ride. I went down and spoke to the reception staff about it and he laughed at me. He showed no care that our family was stranded at the airport and that the hotel staff promised a ride and didn't deliver on their promise.

The next morning their free breakfast was omelets and a standard Best Western offer of waffles and cereal. The cereal was stale. The omlettes had nothing in them so it was just microwaved egg. The waffles were OK.

We left with all our belongings and clothes smelling like the moldy room.

This was one of the worst stays we've ever been in. This place should not be allowed to carry the Best Western name.

Do not stay here. There are many other airport hotels and I'm sure all would be better options...
