Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I am beyond furious with this hotel. I booked my stay a month in advance, only to have them cancel my reservation just ONE DAY before my arrival! No apology, nothing. This left me scrambling to find another place to stay, and of course, by that time, all the reasonably priced hotels in the area were fully booked. I had no choice but to pay an exorbitant price for a last-minute booking elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Nos quedamos durante 6 días en una cabaña, muy bien equipada, limpia y cómoda. Catherin fue muy amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos y responder nuestras dudas. Destacar que nos fueron a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto 😄 Cuentan con auto y moto para arrendar, lo que puede facilitar tu estadía, nosotros arrendamos moto y fue una muy buena experiencia. La relación precio calidad es increíble, si tu expectativa es estar la mayoría del tiempo en el exterior, y buscas tener un espacio para descansar, con baño privado y la posibilidad de poder cocinar, full recomiendo...
