This place is and these people are absolutely amazing. First time we arrived they came to the terminal in the middle of the night to give us a ride to a place i now like to call home. After a backbreaking 20 hours bus drive it was more then welcome to enter their cosy, warm hostel and be offered thee or a hot chocolate. |Here they don't just tell you about breakfast, they even ask you when you would like to. Every day something freshly cooked and with plenty of variety. I am a man who lives to eat with love and i liked it. As i enjoy eating, of course i spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Theirs is well equipped and provides for preparing allmost any meal you can think of. Even having a BBQ is about a question away for achieving your goal. Meat, beers and other drinks shared with great company on the other side of the world...|Lets get to the other accomodations, they have two bathrooms. Both of them clean at all times, with attention for details like soap to clean your hands or toilet paper right within your reach. One of them is quite big and you can have a nice relaxing hot bath in the tub. This is especially a blessing if you just got back from long hikes in breathtaking places, like the infamous Torres del paine. |I would recommend every traveller to get their reservations for the camping places in time and right here in Puerto Natales. Ask for help at the reception. Marco, James or Rachel will be there for you at all times to help you in any way they can. |You can do your laundry for a really reasonable price. There is a garden with cothes lines where you can put all your clothes to dry. |The rooms are cosy and tidy at all times with fresh, clean sheets on the beds, as it should be. |I love this place and its people even more. At the end of my stay i was more then happy to pay a good price. What they gave me on my stay in their house is something money can't by and they offered it from the heart with a smile on their face. Mi puntuación es de aprobado porque mi estancia fue buena en todo momento, salvo al final. Hay como en todos sitios cosas positivas y cosas negativas, pero más allá de hablar de lo mejorable, vengo a prevenir al que decida hospedarse en este lugar de lo que puede evitar. Las chicas se van rotando para atender el hostel y, por suerte, yo casi todos los días que anduve por allá vi como estaban Karina y su compañera de turno al mando. Estas chicas son súper simpáticas y agradables, no tuvieron ningún desprecio hacia mí en ningún momento, además, me dieron consejos de cara a mis tours. Sin embargo, hay otras chicas que no atienden de forma tan educada. A mi salida (tras cinco noches en este sitio...) dejé las llaves del cuarto antes de las 10 porque entendí al momento del check-in que hay que abandonar LA HABITACIÓN a esta hora, pero supuse (mal por mi parte) que no habría problema por estar un par de horas por las zonas comunes, algo que en otros lugares he hecho sin problemas, ya que pasaban a recogerme para partir al aeropuerto a eso de las 12 y no quería retirarme del lugar. Para mi sorpresa, mientras recogía cuatro cosas que tenía en la cocina, la chica a la que me refiero (no sé su nombre porque ni se presentó) se dirigió a mí para preguntarme que cuándo partía y una serie de cuestiones que me incomodaron bastante. Esto se debe a que con sus palabras y su retintín le faltó echarme del alojamiento, cuando no eran ni las 11, probablemente porque salí de la ducha pasadas las 10 y no contemplan esto, pero como digo, yo no pensé que molestase a nadie por demorarme en el baño cuando tenían la habitación lista para prepararla para el siguiente huésped... Para mejorar el asunto tampoco me ofrecieron desayuno, por lo que al momento de mi partida me fui sin comer nada. Tras la conversación que señalo, cogí mis pertenencias y salí por la puerta, puesto que me sentí fatal tras este trato. Yo reconozco mi error, pero creo que las cosas se pueden decir de forma que no moleste a nadie, más teniendo en cuenta mi larga estancia en el lugar. Por tanto, no diría que no visiten este sitio, pero si lo hacen, no crean que la amabilidad trasciende los horarios de check-out.

Puesto que no puedo contestar bajo la respuesta del alojamiento, procederé a editar mi reseña. Las horas del desayuno las tenía muy claras, cuando bajé había dos chicas desayunando, y la chica que estaba atendiendo el establecimiento me vio y no me dijo absolutamente nada, al rato, cuando salí del baño, la vi recoger la mesa. En mi idioma, eso se traduce en que no tenía más ganas de atender a nadie y, por tanto, se quitó de en medio para no ofrecer más desayunos. Nada más verme me debería haber dicho algo, cosa que nunca sucedió. Con respecto a la salida, yo ya dije que estuvo mal por mi parte suponer las cosas y no avisar, yo reconocí mi error en todo momento, en cambio, su respuesta se limita a desacreditar mi crítica dejando de lado el trato profesado por su personal, lo que deja muestra una vez más de la poca profesionalidad que tienen. En mi conversación con esta chica ella misma me señaló también esta cuestión y con mis palabras le di a entender que lo que hubo por mi parte fue un malentendido, por tanto, si hubiera sido amable hubiera actuado diferente sin permitir que me saliera una hora a la calle, cosa que fue lo que finalmente pasó. Para colmo, al rato la vi asomarse desde el que fue mi cuarto, por si hubiera sido poco el recochineo. Visto lo visto, he procedido a quitar una estrella más a mi reseña, puesto que considero que su respuesta, más allá de una disculpa sincera, lo que viene a mostrar es justificación ante su actitud, la cual no debería permitirse en un establecimiento de este tipo. Además, quisiera aprovechar para invitarles a no contestarme más, puesto que resulta insultante que quieran "tirar" mi comentario hablando de reglas cuando son los primeros que no las cumplen, sino, no hubiera visto personal usando la cocina pasadas las 22, entre otras tantas cosas más. En definitiva, les falta mucho que aprender del trabajo de...
