We stayed here for 4 night during a trip to Torres Del Paine. Its pretty much what you'd expect for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable with hot showers and an ensuite bathroom.
Our shower leaked a bit and I think it's been a problem for a while since the room had a bit of a mouldy smell but again, for the price it's hard to complain.
Breakfast is free and similar to what we found at other places in the patagonian area, meat and cheese and then a selection of cakes, cereal, toast and hot drinks.
The location is fine if you've got a car but would probably be a bit awkward if you're on foot.
Note: this is not a hostel, you can't easily prepare your own food (we didn't realise this at the time of booking).
The family who run it don't speak any English at all, so if your Spanish isn't great then you might struggle with check in/check out, but can't mark them down for that considering it's a Spanish...
