Restaurant y Pizzeria Alcazar — Restaurant in Puerto Natales

Came here after coming back from Torres del Paine national park at 10 PM on a Sunday night.

Ordered 6 pieces fried chicken, which are 6 pieces of panko covered chicken wings on top of a bed of fries with sprinkles of cheese and ham. It was not very flavorful and the fries were a little greasy. But I appreciated the way they prepared the ham, which tasted similar to bacon.

We also ordered a side of stir-fried mixed vegetables, which were various pizza toppings stir-fried together with tomatoes and carrots. The flavor was good but some parts were too salty. Nonetheless, it was nice of them to make this custom (?) vegetable dish as we were craving vegetables.

One of the server speaks English. Another server doesn't but is ready to communicate with you via Google Translate!

Fuimos un par de veces a comer porque nos gustó mucho la comida y la atención, sin embargo, la segunda vez que fuimos nos encontramos con cambios en el menú, desorganización en la atención y precios nuevos, eso no nos afectó hasta que 1hora de haber esperado nuestro pedido (20:00 a las 22:15) nos dice que no hay masa de pizza y que lo que podemos pedir son sándwich. Hasta ahí seguimos positivos, unos minutos después una señorita nos dice que si hay masa pero para una pizza mediana. Mis amigos pidieron una pizza mediana de la carta porque eso fue lo que nos impusieron (estamos trabajando con esa carta) y yo pedí un sándwich (chacarero Alcazar) dejo esta reseña porque me hizo sentir súper mal esta experiencia, sentí que las casi dos horas que nos hicieron esperar fue porque no nos querían atender, ingredientes que faltaban y la atención que cambio 3 veces, un sándwich que NO estaba en la carta que con insistencia nos pidieron ver. The nicest people. I had a great Cappuccino Hazelnut and an apple cinnamon cake and a little custard cake. Delicious food and drinks to consume at a nice, cozy café and stay for a while. Thanks for everything 🙏🏽

Note: It is actually more like a café with cakes and such, maybe it used to be a pizzeria...
