We had a great experience with Natales Rent a Car. We rented an automatic Sedan for a week. The car was almost new (4000 KM only) and was very clean and in a perfect condition. Manuel is very friendly and helpful. The place is open till late so we went to Manuel many times for exchanging the currency as well. He had great rates and was always available via WhatsApp. He was also very accommodative when we were dropping the car. Since our flight was in the morning, he accompanied us to the airport so that we could leave the car directly at the airport. Be careful about the winds in the area. Manuel warned us about strong winds and they can leave a dent on the door if you are not careful while opening. After reading all these positive reviews here about Manuel we booked his car in Puerto Natales to go to Torres del Paine. The day before we asked him if everything is ok with our booking. He confirmed it and said the time when to come to his office. But the next day he even didn’t appear! We were waiting for him near his office for 3 hours!
