Lancaster Arts Hotel — Hotel in Santiago

I have stayed here a few times, but this time was unbearable. There was no hot water, and the guests were extremely loud. They no longer accept credit cards (not informed) and the staff had no other options to pay except for cash. I would not stay here again, unfortunately, there are better deals for the money....

I booked a couple nights here while visiting family in Santiago. The rooms are cozy and had all the amenities I needed. The rooms were very clean but the staff is the best part. They are very welcoming and helpful. I would book here again!

Cercando un hotel economico, in centro e vicino alla metropolitana decidiamo per questo posto, le foto sembravano promettenti e ci trovavamo in una situazione di emergenza ( l'altro hotel aveva sbagliato la prenotazione).|Mai credere alle foto! |Personale scortese, odore di umido, stanze senza aerazione e doccia senza acqua calda, dovevi prima aprire il lavandino e poi la doccia, questo per almeno 5 volte.
