Restaurante Sheng Xing — Restaurant in Santiago

Omg by far the best Chinese restaurant I have been to in South America. Just one look at the menu and there is a ton of traditional dishes.

Limited dim sum mind you around 30 dishes but they have pretty much everything else. From har gau, BBQ pork Cheung fun, har Cheung, roast duck, custard bun the list is endless. All the other Chinese I have been to in downtown are really bad so avoid and just make a detour here.

Just if you are wondering I'm Chinese and grew up in U.K. So I have eaten in China and Hong Kong to USA so trust me when I say this place is authentic.

Buena comida china tradicional y buena cantidad y calidad, pero la atención es realmente asquerosa. En especial el chino que atiende siempre en la entrada, bastante desagradable. ni adios ni gracias dice cuando uno paga, solo te echa y te mira como a un delincuente (si es que te llega a decir algo). El menú está mal traducido y por ende es imposible saber qué es cada plato. Y ningún restorán que he visto tiene una puerta enrejada donde no sabes si debes esperar afuera con calor a que alguien te abra (más encima es el mismo chino desagradable el que te recibe con desconfianza). Y creo que como si eso fuera poco, me cobraron demás.

Es una lástima que existan pocos restoranes con mejor atención en Santiago que puedan competir con ese en cuanto a comida china tradicional, no andarían con los humos tan subidos para tratar a los clientes locales como animales en vez de como personas, más encima en un país que...
