VRSuite — Hotel in Santiago

We recently stayed at VRSuite for a quick getaway in Santiago. Although the location was great (which is why I rated this room a 2 instead of a 1), the room was very dirty. There was food in the fridge and thick films of dust along the tables and beds. The bathroom was also disgusting with layers of dust in the vent. There also isn't any air-conditioning in this building.||This building is very similar to an apartment complex except they rent out rooms. The lobby personnel seem to oversee the building itself and would not know about "VRSuite". The managing office is actually in a room numbered 102. All in all, I would definitely spent a bit more money and...

Me hospedei dos dias 02/07 ao dia 10/07

Valor: É um dos pacotes mais baratos da Decolar, o valor enche os olhos e faz a gente fechar. Pra quem quer economizar e não liga para limpeza, conforto e está decidido a passar por perrengues, pode fechar que é isso que vc vai ter.

Quarto: Meu quarto estava sujo, claramente não tinha sido limpo e higienizado após a saída de outro hóspede, tinha barata no quarto e muitos cabelos nas roupas de cama e toalhas. O banheiro foi um caso a parte, a privada sempre que eu dava descarga vazava muita água e enchia o chão do banheiro. A banheira estava suja, encardida e também vazando muita água, sempre que ia tomar banho, o banheiro ficava cheio de água e eu tinha que ficar secando sempre.

Anfitrião: O Marcelo recebe a gente muito bem, ótimo anfitrião, mas tivemos que implorar algumas vezes pra repor papel higiênico, lixos do banheiro, cozinha, troca de toalhas e também pela limpeza do quarto.

Utensílios: Todos os utensílios funcionando perfeitamente, inclusive aquecedor, mas a limpeza gente deixa a desejar literalmente. Não me hospedo lá nunca mais

Elevador: Fiquei hospedado no bloco B. Em horário de pico e de muita movimentação é quase impossível utilizar o elevador. Nunca para no andar que você está e demora muito para conseguir descer ou subir. Tive que descer e subir de escadas diversas vezes por esse motivo. Sorte que eu estava no 5º andar

Piscina: Subi até o último andar onde fica localizado a piscina, tem uma vista linda, mas estava tudo fechado. Não podendo nem chegar perto. Mais uma frustação!

Localização: ótima, perto do metro universidade do chile, la moneda, questão de 7 ou 9 minutos a pé. Tem mercado na frente do hotel, bares e restaurantes também. Rua Agostinas onde ficam as principais casas de câmbio esta localizada na rua atrás do...
