East Sacred Hotel — Hotel in Beijing

It is a great hotel in a good location of Beijing. The hotel staff is really friendly and they speak a great English, which is not that often in my experience. Buffet breakfast was decent, the choice is not too big but I think for breakfast it is okay. Rooms are a little small and very hot, the conditioner was not working properly for me but because the length of my stay was only 1 day - it did not cause problems. In general, I personally think it is a good and budget friendly option for your Beijing trip. I recommend the hotel!

The location might be a little confusing (because even our taxi driver brought us to the wrong place), so here is the explanation for you: the hotel is located opposite to the building called Jiayuan International. I feel like I got scammed by this business. I booked on line when I got there they said they couldnt process my payment, They told me they would have to cancel it and re do the payment, First off, I had paid for 2 rooms at just over 3,045RMB this was the original booking that was cancelled, then I got another room for 2,535RMB but just the one room. But we shared the room so I was okay with that even though it was nearly twice the price. I have still yet to receive a refund despite the promise and its been over 3 weeks. I wont be staying at this hotel chain again. I will change this review if they decide to refund me. I did like the one we were at as it was very close to the shopping area. The scamming has just left a sour taste...

We recommend this hotel. Very well located clise to line 5 metro. 15 min walk to Lama temple. From there nice walk to Confusius temple and bell and drum tower. Goong south from this part you reach the two great parks and north entrance to Forbidden City. Mear by duck, noodle, dumpling and hot pot restaurants and minimarket for snacks and drinks. Leo and co are communicative and helpful. Nice small breakfast. You can but tap beer or juice and have free coffee and tea.
