This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded...

China Southern Airlines offered this hotel to me for in between an 11 hour layover. This truly was an amazing experience, I would really like to thank the hotel staff and China Southern for this amazing opportunity. From Guangzhou Airport there was a shuttle that took me straight to the hotel in no time, and at the hotel they booked me a shuttle back immediately, that's just great service! ||The entrance of the hotel is really impressive, nice chandeliers and art all around, nice massive shiny marble floors. Much much nicer than one would expect from an simple layover hotel. The room, gosh, just amazing. Large, awesome beds, giant TV, wide range of toiletries and very comfortable chairs. The room, and the hotel as a whole, were really spotless, extremely well cleaned.||The best part however was the shower, a big steamy rain shower, man I needed that after a 14 hour flight!!!||My only complaint, well...I wish I could have stayed there for a...

I stayed at this hotel recently for 2 nights while visiting the Canton Fair.|The hotel is located inside a larger building complex and occupies 6 floors - from the 6th (where the lobby is located) to the 11th.|The rooms were comfortable and well decorated and set.|I stayed here last year and this time the experience was much better.|My flight landed in Guangzhou around 4:30AM and I arrived to the hotel around 6AM. I was positively surprised that the night clerk immediately and effortlessly agreed to check me in at such an early hour. In fact, as my type of reserved room was unavailable, he upgraded me to a mini suite at no extra cost.|It was great to be able to shower and change before a long day at CF.|The shuttle is a minibus - at 2 times (08:30 and 08:50).|I did not order or check out the breakfast- there is a Starbucks downstairs which works for me.|Checkout was seamless...
