Our stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou in the Two Bedroom Executive suite was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of comfort and convenience offered.The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to enjoy restful nights after long days of exploring the city. The internet speed was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected with family and friends through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.We particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom, featuring a luxurious bathtub with great view! The warm water available from all the taps in the apartment and heated toilet seats were a delightful touch. The well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient, with kettles, bowls, plates, cups, utensils and a large fridge. We also appreciated the availability of dishwashing and laundry liquids, making it easy to maintain our space.The washing machine and dryer were user-friendly, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The daily housekeeping service was outstanding, ensuring we always returned to a fresh and tidy environment.The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests we had. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience.The location couldn't be more ideal—surrounded by a variety of restaurants, massage options, and shopping, with the MRT station conveniently located just downstairs. Excellent service by hotel staff in arranging for our online parcels to be delivered earlier. Special mention to staff called Ray🙂. I have been to Gz several times and this serviced apt is the best I’ve stayed in. However, there was a small incident which marred our trip before flying back. One of our friends wanted to take a cab to the airport, which I usually try not to as I prefer the subway cos I am wary of being scammed by the local drivers. The concierge helped us to call for 3 cabs, all red cabs. Halfway during the trip, driver switched off the screen till I asked for my meter to be displayed again. Upon reaching the airport, he claimed that the hotel staff told him he would be paid 200yuan instead of the metered fare of 150yuan. I was adamant there was no such arrangement. My friend in the other cabs also had the same experience and we gathered these 3 drivers were in cahoots with one another. One friend demanded he show them the metered fare while another friend thought it was an actual arrangement and ended up paying 210yuan. This friend was also earlier scammed by a red cab driver from the train station to the hotel. Our yellow cabs didn’t have this problem then. Although the amounts are not significant, the main issue is integrity. It is stressful to have to keep watching the meter running. Perhaps the hotel can advise the guests to pay according to the meter and not get scammed by unscrupulous...

My wife and me stayed as a couple at Fraser Suites, Tianhe, Guangzhou for 5 nights and we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The check-in process was very smooth, quick, and efficient, which made my arrival stress-free. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous, professional, and kind, always attentive and ready to assist whenever needed.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Room service was prompt and reliable, ensuring that everything I required was delivered without delay. It made my stay both relaxing and enjoyable.

The location is another strong advantage. The hotel is attached to a mall and within walking distance of shopping centers, supermarkets, cafés, and plenty of food options. It is also very close to public transport, with both train and bus stations nearby, making it easy to get around the city. Reaching places of interest and popular attractions from the hotel was simple and convenient.

Overall, this is a very good hotel that combines excellent service, comfort, and a prime location. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning...
