EBO Hotel — Hotel in Hangzhou City

We are very impressed with the hotel offering amazing quality with its reasonable pricing. Location: It is barely 10 minutes walk to the Wulin night market. The train station is just 5 minutes away. It is barely 3 stop to the Westlake from the train station. Cleanliness: Toiletries are supplied everyday. Importantly the bedlinen and bath white towels are new and so clean. Although 2 bottles of water are replaced everyday, there are 2 more bottles in the refrigerator that can be consumed FOC. The room is welcoming with the automatic opening of the curtain and filled with soft lighting and soft music. We loved the sofa as it doubles up on its function as we could place our luggage nicely on the sofa freeing up more space. The toilet and waiting room at the reception on the 5th floor is so clean and comfortable with its space and seating areas.Service: Thee is tea and hot water at the reception area awaiting guests who may need a drink while or before checking in. The customer service staff at the reception are friendly and warm. They offers information such as how to get about by the train. They offer advice that some routes would be more convenient to take the 'didi' or taxi as some train station are very near to the sightsee entrance while the 'didi' or taxi may not be able to enter the sightsee entrance resulting in having to walk a distance to the sightsee. Furthermore, they will assist to check sightsee website to answer our questions on ticket entrance, time of opening of the sightsee etc.Facilities: A good spread of buffet breakfast to start the day. Love the hot soya bean milk on a cold morning. The hot soup of wonton cooked upon order makes me feel like I am having meals at home. Love the delicacies and fruits. of water in the refrigerator FOC. There is a karaoke room though we did not use it. It sure look like a good place for people who love to sing a tune...

Nice basic boutique hotel in very good location, one of the entrances to train station is just few steps away with lift access, super convenient. There is also a nice bakery store next to the hotel, must check it out.Hotel wise, there was a pool table at the corner of the lobby, some free drinks and a sitting area. There's a basic restaurant where we took our breakfast daily which was included in our hotel booking. Quite a good spread, nice noodles cooked fresh daily. We were allowed an early check in, which was very much appreciated. We booked the bigger room type, with separate shower and bath tub. Bath tub cover was provided with milk bath which is a nice gesture. Room is spacious with a sofa by the window. The only gripes we had was that there was a small bug in the toilet and had to inform the housekeeping to remove it. There is also a step to the toilet and shower area so might not be convenient for senior folks. Overall, it is a nice stay and will choose this hotel again if we ever visit...
