Upon arrival you are guided to your table like an airplane going to its airport gate. People direct you down hallways by pointing and then to a booth and table. The preferred way to order is to download their app from the barcode on the table, select your food, and place the order. There must be a hundred people working at this place delivering food, answering questions and cleaning up. Most was good, some very good and some really odd from Western standards. One dish we had was chicken chopped up and stir fried with peppers and veggies. However they chopped up the whole chicken, bones and all. It made eating it all but impossible. If you order beer you have to specify cold or warm like most restaurants. After being disappointed with the quality of food at wai-po jia (grandma's kitchen), I thought this place was a lot better, both service and taste wise. I went alone at an early dinner time, and because I couldn't Chinese that much, they brought me an English menu, and took time to help me choose the menu even when they were busy. The food tasted amazing, especially the dong-po rou (marinated pork belly). It was a memorable restaurant, so I came back again in two days with new friends I made, and they also loved it.
