Read moreWe booked this hotel because my girlfriend had stayed here many times and said it was good. Well things have changed! There wallpaper ripped off walls. Mould on roof. Showers not working. Phone system not working. Only thing that works is the cleaners. Its so run down and I don't think they employ maintenance staff anymore. Its a disgrace. We had to change rooms to get a working bathroom and even then we had cold water one morning. ||||I just wish the health inspectors would shut this down. Read moreI'm not exactly sure what is going on at this building but the lobby and the halls are very dark - few if any lights on, the ceiling tiles are falling in, and it was damp and freezing. Our room smelled like a boat and the windows were dirty. there are no amenities on site - no breakfast room, no restaurant, no 31st floor bar, none of that. But the view is to die for and the furnishings in the room were fabulous. The shower was plentiful and hot too.
