This is a very good hotel!Before staying here, I’ve read comments about the place being sketchy or dodgy. It is not. You’ll see the entrance to the community on the 4th picture. There’s a security guard 24/7 that would ask you to scan QR code for health kit every time you come in. You’ll have to walk a good 2 minutes before you find the hotel on the right side. Although you can see clothes hanging above your head as you walk through, the area is clean and well-maintained. Nice people living in the neighborhood, mostly senior citizens would hang outside talking to each other. In the evening, it’s not well-lit but you can see enough. As for the hotel, staff don’t speak English well but they know some key words. You still need to ready your translation app to ensure clearer communication. They have the coffee area next to the reception. I get my coffee there every morning. The room is clean though you need to ask them for tissue or toothbrush which they can provide...

We stayed here twice, first time in the Superior Double room (3 nights) and the second time in the Business Queen room (1 night). First room was large, had a king-sized bed and had a nice view. However, the floor was slightly sloped which was a bit uncomfortable. The second room was less sloped and so we enjoyed it more. The rooms felt very clean, and had black-out curtains and a kettle. Downstairs there is a sitting area with a very convenient water dispenser and tea and coffee. We used the laundry room as well. Everything felt very accessible. We could check-in early and the late check-out at 2 pm was comfortable. The hotel is located in a local area where cars cannot be reached. But the local experience adds to the charm of the hotel. I am not one to complain and never give a bad hotel review but I felt this information is important for anyone considering booking this hotel. We stayed in this hotel for one night only. We arrived with our children late in the evening and had no option but to keep the reservation. Our room was covered in large amounts of black mold along the walls. We all know that black mold is a serious health concern and can cause significant illness. The clerk tried to tell me it was no big deal. There were greasy hand stains along the walls, There was black hair in the sink. I asked the hotel clerk if we could at least change rooms to one without mold and was told the hotel was full.
