Best Peking Duck we’ve had for a long time. The duck skin was crisp, melting into the mouth so very satisfyingly. Dipped into sugar, the taste was even more enhanced. Although fatty, I still can eat more! The meat was also very tender. The cuttlefish was unique in taste with sesame paste stuffing. I would have preferred it without the stuffing. But texture was qq and chewy. The duck webs were boneless which was great but marinated with wasabi. Would have preferred it plain with just soya sauce. The complimentary ice cream was my 2nd fav, after the Peking duck. The salty ice cream gave a nice clean to the palate after the rich food. Better to reserve a table.
