Booked as transferring to flight next morning. Check in (at 1am) was friendly. Compact but nice looking room. I noticed it was cold after a while and then realised both windows were open and one of them had the handle ripped off. It was incredibly stiff (which no doubt is why someone accidentally ripped it off) so I called for assistance. First staff member couldn't but the second did manage to get it almost closed but with no handle it wouldn't properly seal which, with planes taking off nearby, wasn't going to work. Everyone was trying to help but it took me saying that an unclosed window was unacceptable before I was moved. The receptionist found me a room next door but I noticed that not one of the three apologised for what had happened which left a slight bitter taste in my mouth considering all I wanted to do was go to bed. My new room was fine though I could hear my neighbour's TV which is what dropped the score from a 4 to a 3. ||||In summary, the room's are nice and the staff are friendly but many don't take the initiative (the cleaner would have known the handle was broken but either didn't do anything about it or did tell someone and management still let out the room). Tip: the shuttle bus is on gate 6 on third floor of PVH. The staff don't speak English well but they use a live translator. Great...
