Stayed for 3 nights as part of Wendy Wu tour. We had already looked on Trip Advisor prior to travelling, and were not looking forward to a stay at this hotel but were pleasantly surprised. Yes it is rather tired looking, but was clean and the bed was huge and most comfortable. Complimentary bottled water, toiletries and slippers replenished daily. Safe free of charge. Breakfast was a mix of Asian/Western, there was always toast, pastries, jams in addition to eggs and bacon or sausages. Read moreI just got back from a concert tour of China with my choir. The hotel was booked by the tour company. I got a lovely room: large, well lit, modern but some of my friends were in rooms that had not yet been renovated and they sounded pretty awful. The room was equipped with a safe, fridge, tea kettle and an iron/ironing board. (The only hotel out of 4 I stayed at in China that had an iron provided). The breakfast buffet was not good at all. All the other hotels had delicious eastern and western dishes but the choices here were lacking. I cannot comment on customer service as we only stayed 1 night and I had no interaction with any...
