While located in the vicinity of a solid dozen other restaurants, the competition has nothing on Xibo. Contrary to what most ethnic restaurants do here in China, Xibo delivers Xinjiang on the plate, and foregoes decor and traditional garbs for their waiters. The interior is chic, classy and modern, but still warm. The staff was welcoming, and very understanding of our limited chinese abilities. When it comes to the food, the lamb skewer was especially delicious. For drinks, I recommend the Xijiang beer, flavorful and easy to drink.
