If you visit this hotel as the first and only hotel you are visiting in Macau, you'd probably like it but if you visit other hotels anytime during your stay you will see that this hotel is a 3.5 star or 4 star if you're pushing it.The employees are not very welcoming or hospitable. The concierge sees you struggling with your many bags, but don't think of helping you. The one lady knocked and immediately walked into our room without giving us the chance to respond, we could have been naked, and it's always good to wait a few minutes. The receptionist created a hostile environment by revealing that they are things that we would have to pay for in our room should we use. We were very uncomfortable, and we did not know if we would be charged for using the robes and slippers. He mentioned being charged for water, I thought I would be charged for the water bill. What I can say is that they all need training on being hospitable, it's fortunate that I was there for one night which we tried our best to spend the whole day and most of the night outside.A simple thing like smiling when welcoming your guests and welcoming them to your hotel would be a good start, don't trick your guests into payig more than what they paid, having things in the room that they would have to pay for, we don't mind ordering extra things from the room, don't put them there. It's good practice to inform your guests beforehand that they would be expected to pay a deposit and that if they pay by card, it will take a month to be returned to you.I was at Galaxy Hotel Macau for a week, and Roosevelt should just visit them and see the service a 5-star hotel should give.RoomsThe room was very tiny but had a beautiful view. The TV remote was malfunctioning, which was a big letdown. The room was very techy, which was different, I like that.Food and DrinksThe hotel offered a welcome drink and food vouchers. It's unfortunate that we do not redeem vouchers. It would be best if they brought it to the room. If I'm going to the restaurant, my pride won't allow me to give them a voucher, I will take out my card and pay, I don't like feeling cheap. The hotel offered to 2 canned drinks in the fridge and 4 bottles of water. There was a beautiful restaurant on level 3 and food stalls on the ground floor.Noteworthy details The hotel rooms do not have the "clean the room" tag for housekeeping. which could be problematic. especially since housekeeping just walked into my room without being allowed entrance. The view was breathtaking, and the seat by the window...

My recent stay at the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Macau was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the vibrant heart of the city, this stylish hotel perfectly blends modern aesthetics with a rich cinematic history, offering a unique escape for both relaxation and exploration.Upon arrival, I was instantly captivated by the hotel's sleek design and welcoming ambiance. The lobby, adorned with Hollywood memorabilia, set the stage for a delightful experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with genuine warmth, making me feel like a valued guest from the get-go.I stayed in a spacious and beautifully decorated room that exuded comfort and elegance. The plush bed was a dream to sink into after a day of exploring Macau's attractions. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as high-quality toiletries and a coffee machine, that added to the overall experience. The large windows offered stunning views of the city, especially mesmerizing at night when the skyline lit up.One of the standout features of the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel is its outstanding dining options. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, where I savored exquisite local dishes made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was chic and vibrant, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions like the historic city center and luxurious casinos. After a day of sightseeing, the rooftop pool provided a relaxing oasis to unwind and soak in the scenic views.Overall, my experience at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel was exceptional. The combination of its stylish decor, attentive service, delectable dining, and prime location makes it a top choice for any traveler visiting Macau. I left feeling refreshed and inspired, already planning...

Macau Roosevelt Hotel’s Sports Arena is the perfect choice for parents seeking an ideal venue for a kids' party. With its modern-style rooms and exceptional hotel service, this place has consistently exceeded our expectations. We have stayed here many times, and never once have we been disappointed. Recently, we decided to try their Sports Arena venue along with their catering service, and I can confidently say they went above and beyond what we expected. We booked their venue for my son’s 5th birthday, and seeing his joyful face throughout the entire celebration truly made me feel completely satisfied. The venue itself is fantastic! A spacious indoor playground where both kids and adults will have an unforgettable time. The food was absolutely wonderful. We opted for the snack buffet set, and the portions were more than satisfying, both visually appealing and delicious. While the price per person might initially seem a bit higher than expected, keep in mind that it includes exclusive access to the entire venue just for your group. When you consider this, it’s clear that the value is exceptional. Moreover, the service staff was highly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our experience. Even though some team members didn’t speak English fluently, they made every effort to communicate effectively and ensure all our needs were met. We especially want to extend our gratitude to their Manager, Han Son. He demonstrated great professionalism and understanding with every request we had and personally assisted us from our initial inquiry right through to the end of our event.

I stayed here with a group of friends for 3 days in a suite. The room was nice and very clean. The shower situation is strange. The 1st floor bathroom only has a tub, no curtains, so showers aren't easy. And the 2nd floor shower door doesn't close off completely so water will spill out. But what disappointed me was the service I received. I was using their pool and noticed that there was some construction happening on the 12th floor. I assume the glass balcony had cracked. They were breaking off pieces and allowing the glass to fall from the 12th to the 3rd floor. There was a small area the workers had blocked off that I stayed clear of and yet I noticed a sharp pain in my foot and found a shard of glass in it. I immediately went to the front desk to let them know that it was dangerous around the pool area where several children were playing and that the broken glass had most definitely been blown by the wind or somehow gotten to the walking areas and into my foot. The front desk didn't have any real reaction to what I was saying except "Okay" and that was it. I got glass in my foot and their pool area was dangerous for the guests and all they say is okay? Luckily the glass that I stepped in wasn't too large so I could clean the wound and bandage it myself but I feel like there should be more of a proactive response to something of this nature. I didn't want to make a fuss while there since I had to get ready for an event and didn't have time but thinking back it really shouldn't be okay for staff to respond like that.
