Overall, I would absolutely not return to this hotel. For over a thousand dollars per night, the experience was far from worth it. The check-in staff failed to greet guests and showed no sense of hospitality. Despite the hotel being only operated for two years, the TV monitor was faulty with intermittent sound issues. The room had zero soundproofing—I could hear conversations from the next room, activities upstairs, and was woken up early by noisy chinese tour groups speaking loudly at the corridor, severely disrupting others' rest. Very hard pillow and bed that you could not sleep well. The air conditioning was inconsistent, swinging between extremely warm and freezing. When I called the front desk to request an extra blanket, I was told all additional items come with a fee: $100 for a towel, $200 for a pillow, $300 for a blanket, and $90 for a box of tissues (see attached picture for details). The front desk staff are especially unhelpful and rude. There’s a woman who seems to be their manager — she wears glasses — and she acts like everything is about money. Even for basic questions or small requests, they ask for payment. There’s absolutely no cooperation.

The toilet door in our room was broken for several hours, and they had no other rooms available until after the workers had already fixed it. Nothing was offered in compensation for the lack of access to a toilet or shower.
There were few options on the TV and basically nothing for English speakers. There is nowhere nearby to get anything to eat after restaurant hours, nothing available at the hotel, and the apps for food delivery in Macau are not accessible...
