Hotel Casa Sarita — Hotel in Bogota, Capital District

What can i say about this hotel, apart from this, if you're really hard up & can hardly stand from flying 18hrs & all you wanted was a nice meal & a nice hot coffee & a comfortable bed to recharge your batteries after a long flight, i recommend you don't stay here, as i found out, & come 1st light the next morning those steel bars that keep the undesirables out, certainly didn't make me feel comfortable & safe & definitely wasn't going to stop me from leaving & finding something that can live upto what they can offer respected guests with meals, coffee in your room with cups to put it in.. i wouldn't book my dog into this hotel, hop back in your cab & travel another 10 mins north east of this shack & you'll thank me for telling you to follow my advise.. this is not the place for any tourist to stay for a week, sorry but i only lasted less than 6hrs & that was only because my flight was late in, & daylight was just round the corner for me to make the right decision to vacate this place... sorry for my review but if the truth hurts then so be it, I'm not going to loose any...

It started with my room being cancelled by Air BnB a week before I was due to fly & I found the Casa Sarita, a price I wanted to pay with some good reviews too. ||Inevitably my flight being cancelled, Dallas to Bogota, and arriving 12 hours later , minus my suitcase I had a dilemma , if my reservation had been cancelled, where to send case? I need not have worried my reservation was kept for me.||My room had no windows but it had a Fridge a Television a good clean Bathroom with a shower. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at nights.||The hotel is near to the big shopping centre, reasonable eateries, Bars etc.||You are always "Buzzed" in through electric gates & it felt very safe , I had an "Iffy experience while walking along one of the main road & believe me the Metal bars and electric gates were a welcome site.||I would...

Yo ya he estado hospedada en otro hotel de los dueños, Hotel Paulina, ubicado en Chapinero. Hotel Sarita esta estratégicamente ubicado en el corazon de Bogotá, a unas cuadritas del estadio El Campin, a unos 10 minutos del portal del Transmilenio de la 30 y a 15 minutos del portal de la Caracas. Se encuentra a una cuadra pequeña de un bulevard en donde abunda toda clase de locales comerciales como restaurantes, supermercados, droguerias, sastrerias, etc. Está a solo dos cuadras de un importante centro Comercial, Galerias, en el que hay supermercados, almacenes, restaurantes y demás. Diría que me gusta más la ubicación de este hotel con respecto al otro. La propietaria, doña Paulina, atiende el hotel de manera excelente, recomienda lugares y cuidan mucho al huésped. Hay horno microondas en el hall del primer piso para uso libre (muy útil). El único detalle que tuvimos no fue con la propietaria sino con el personal de limpieza. En una ocasión colocaron sabanas sucias en la cama y se lo hicimos saber a la propietaria quien se mostró muy apenada y diligente al respecto. Recomiendo plenamente los hoteles Sarita y Paulina; luego de cotizar en muchisimos lados de la ciudad, certifico que no hay hotel mas ecónomico y de esta categoría...
