*I should preface by saying that I stayed here during Semana Santa when the hotel was pretty empty and the city was virtually deserted so I can't really speak to the normal volume or noise issues this hotel may have (as mentioned in other reviews) HOWEVER.... I loved this hotel!! It was so cute and clean. The room was incredibly comfortable and immaculately clean. Check in went incredibly smooth and the gentlemen at the desk was very efficient and professional with his assistance. The breakfast in the morning was DELICIOUS and plentiful. La habitación era bonita y muy limpia, contaba con wifi, direct tv, un escritorio, minibar, caja fuerte. El baño era super lindo, tenía jabón shampoo acondicionador toallas y agua caliente. Había ascensor, el restaurante tenía una linda vista de la ciudad y era muy cómodo. El desayuno que venía incluido para dos, era tipo buffet a excepción de los huevos. En el lobby siempre había café y aromáticas, también tenían maquina de snacks. El personal siempre fue super amable y profesional. Cuando reservé la habitación decía que tenía vistas a la ciudad, sin embargo resultó que la ventana daba hacia otros techos, era vista interna. No tiene calefacción ni aire acondicionado (aunque esto no se ofrece en la reserva). Es un buen hotel, tiene varias zonas cerca, fui por un evento en Corferias por lo que la ubicación...
