The staff was super friendly and when their English failed, they used Google-translate interactively with you. However, the inventory check when you checked-in was tiresome and we felt it was unnecessary; it did not make you feel welcome. Otherwise, all was good. For example, we enjoyed our own wine in the lobby and they supplied excellent wine glasses; very accommodating staff. ||||Hotel was clean; (a few bugs seems to be the norm in Colombia). Our room had a mini-fridge which was partially stocked, but left room for you to add a few things. Soap was provided; shampoo and other amenities could be purchased in the room. The rooms could be improved in a few ways: (1) Bed-side lamps should be added to every room; these very useful. (2) We had a king bed, but one side was right next to the wall which was awkward. (3) Hair dryers and irons/ironing boards should be available on request. ||||Breakfast was included and was very good -- I liked the hot chocolate. A water cooler was accessible 24/7.||||Rooms varied a lot; ask for what you want when booking. Some have balconies. Some have windows....

We made a deal with the nice lady who checked us in to be able to use the pool area after 8 pm, but, when we got back from dinner, the friendly night gentleman had not been informed and the humid area, as they call it, had been shut down. He graciously turned lights and jacuzzi pumps on for us. The steam room was cold and the jacuzzi water tepid, but we still enjoyed ourselves. no deconocemos la importancia de la seriedad de parte de hotel beraka boutique, pero que dentro de los procesos puede ocurrir aunque no sea comun ni cotidiano situaciones que alteren el orden de la etica y la seriedad que tiene este nombre, el dia 1 de septiembre recibimos de parte del señor edwin todo lo correspondiente al empalme del hotel con respecto a sus intalaciones condiciones y algunas reserva que se habian reportado con anterioridad en nuestra plataforma interna. el dia de hoy revisando chats e informacion propia del servicio hemos envidenciado que su reserva no fue reportada dentro de la plataforma y que no solo eso sino que el dinero fue enviado a cuentas personales la cuales no estan autorizadas. revisando nuestras politicas y las condiciones propias del servicio pues consideramos que eso hace parte de un delito. que puede afectar la imagen y la parte legal es por eso que tomamos la decision de iniciar procesos de devolucion de reservas y reinciar todo lo correspondiente a nuestra nueva administracion para evitar este tipo de inconveniente. realmente desde mi parte como administradora me siento apenada pero debemos ser responsables y correctos en nuestro actuar, aun cuando esta situacion ya tiene investigaciones con las autoridades correpsondientes somos nosotros quienes debemos poner la cara para reducir al minimo costo posible..... de mi parte no se como mas poder resolver dicha situacion esperando que esta respuesta y los anexos atenuen los daños generados por una situacion que no esta calculada y que recibo con...
