Hostal El Pino — Hotel in Boyacá

This hostel was booked to fit a budget of our party of friends, and was an excellent choice, given this constraint. ||The host was very friendly, and made sure we had knowledge of all the facilities. Despite being advertised as having no off-street parking, he accommodated our car within his limited space. And he set up an outdoor table setting, enabling us to enjoy the sunset away from the big crowds! Service over and above expectations!||We did not realise that we were arriving on the last day of a major festival long weekend. Given that constraint, and looking at the other locations where we stayed in this town and region, this was good value.||Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with all expected facilities. The only constraint was that our party shared one bathroom between our two rooms. This was not a problem for us, but is something travellers should know.||||Overall, very good value, excellent service. Well...

We stayed in El Pino hostel for two nights, during the weekend and we've felt very confortable and welcomed. It's a very nice and clean place, hosts are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in private room with the shared bathroom and we were more than satisfied with both. Big, clean room fully equipped (the only detail that was missing was a small garbage bin, that would be nice), nice, clean bathroom with really hot shower, kitchen that we could use for free. Location is just perfect, very close to the bus terminal and city center. Price was also very reasonable, although during the week is even more affordable. Hostel is pet friendly which we liked a lot, but very clean. WiFi was also very good. Hosts can arrange tours, transport, breakfast etc... Definitely,...

This hotel was just outside the center of town, however it's a small place so it still only took a few minutes to walk to the center. The room was big, clean, and bright, and a good price. The breakfast was fine, nothing special but inline with most of what you'll get. We really enjoyed...
