Highly disappointed by their famous cheese wheel pasta (a.k.a. pasta alla ruota), I have eaten this dish in many places before and usually the grana padano wheel is generously scraped on the inside before adding the hot pasta, in this place the waiter gave us a lecture about grana padano cheese, the wheel is on a nice cart with all the bells and whistles but when the pasta is served, absolutely no cheese gets scraped beforehand and what they do is just slush the pasta around a couple of times and that's it. A complete ripoff and not worthy of the name "pasta aa rueda", avoid like the plague, for that price you can get better food...

However, we had a few issues, drinking glasses had lip gloss and we made the mistake of asking for "la milhoja" which was not even close to one, with diluted caramel, overly sweet guava paste and wiped cream, if you have ever had one you will understand my comment.
