La Casa De Las Flores Hotel Spa — Hotel in Boyacá

We booked this place by mistake because it has the same name of a really good hotel with gardens and cabins in Villa de Leyva. This place has the add-on SPA in the name. It is one building in a bad area which feels unsafe. Alejandro the administrator knew we were trying to book the other place and he said nothing. He rather confirmed it was the place with nice views and cabins. When we arrived and noticed the scam he declined to return the payment of the rooms. He is not honest and the place is not recommended to anyone. No even budget travel. All bedding and rooms are dirty. The rooms smell like urine and mold.

Shower 2nd floor room as we found it. Fully understand you keep lying to protect your “substandard” low hygiene hostel. We were a family with two kids, a grandmother and 4 adults.
