no hay agua caliente, a veces ni sale agua en la ducha, olor a humedad en las habitaciones, un jacuzzi que solo puede usar el dueño, no hay teléfono para hablar con recepción.. el ascensor no sirve... mucho ruido en la noche, el ventilador suena muy duro, no hay wifi
