Hotel 3 Banderas — Hotel in Cartagena

Great hotel, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the hotel is safe, we need to ring the bell every time we want to get in and the staff see us on a CCTV and comes to open, and lock the gate again.|Rooms are spacious and have character, breakfast is lovely, half buffet half hot cooked breakfast.|We stayed there on our last night in Colombia and in the morning we had a panic with the Mig Check form to exist the country, and Emily the receptionnist has been wonderful trying to help us and fill in the form for us on her personal phone. It turns out our flight number was 0741 and we should not put the "0" (zero) on the flight number or else the system will tell you that the flight number is invalid/not recognized. She went out of her way to help us, she was going to call immigration also, and called a friend of hers who deals with those form on a regular basis. I was amazed at her kindness!|Also we got lost in Cartagena before check out, so we were an hour late freeing the room and she said that was no problem and did not charge us anything, very understanding!|The patio is lovely and we wish we could spend more time in the hotel but this was an express visit of Cartagena, but we will definitely stay there again on...

This is a charming hotel with an inner courtyard, reminiscent of Moroccan Riad, very reasonably priced with variety of custom Breakfast choices and Clean, well appointed rooms including AC, Hot Water, Mini-Fridge and Safe.||Common area with never-ending coffee was very convenient, a private pool on the 3rd floor amidst a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lush of flora made relaxation that much more enjoyable.||The staff at the hotel made all the difference for us. The receptionists, the housekeeping and the breakfast wait staff were always ready to help, answer questions or arrange reservations. ||The hotel is also ideally situated. A block or two up/down the street, we found restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, pharmacies and local plazas with park benches. The hotel is within walking distance to Getsemani district, Ferry port to islands and the old town historic center.||We will certainly stay at this hotel again and highly recommend...

Nice hotel in great location. We stayed a couple of nights as part of a group. The room was fine with good shower. It had a safe. The air con worked well - although it leaked. We discovered this on return to room midday and The staff immediately looked to fix it and offered another room which we declined as a/c still worked and we were leaving next day. The room faced into a courtyard which you could sit in. There was coffee in a flask that you could help yourself to. Breakfast was good. There is a pool on the top floor which looked fine but we did not use. The staff were lovely - spoke English. We were able to give them bag of clothes which were washed and dried by the next morning for cheap price. |The best thing though is the fantastic location in the centre of old town. In the morning we were out early to explore and avoid the crowds then returned...
