Alcatraces Monument — Attraction in Cartagena

Shopping, restaurants, and plenty of sights to see. There are so many street vendors (some are very aggressive) offering everything from artwork to snacks and jewelry. I was expecting a different view of Cartagena, but I ended up very disappointed. The scenery didn’t live up to the expectations, and while the area might be okay if you're just looking to take a few photos, it lacks the charm many travelers hope for. Also, the surroundings need cleaning, which takes away from the overall experience. It’s not the most impressive spot in the city.

El monumento a los Alcatraces de Cartagena, es una escultura que se ubica en la Av. Santander diagonal a uno de los boquetillos que da entrada al Centro histórico de Cartagena.
