3H hotel centro histórico — Hotel in Medellín

This hotel is not for the prudish. It's a "love" hotel aka rent a room by the hour hotel. We may have been the only guests staying there during our two nights visit. ||Wifi is no existent, works poorly only on the ground floor- we were on the 10th.||The rooms are themed and run down. Our pirate room had no shower door, the shower also had peeling paint on the ceiling and shattered tiles on the ground. Ouch! ||The bed had no bed linen on in as expected by a room usually rented by the hour. ||Guests came and went at all hours of the night/ morning and were noisy. Guests using the room rented out frequently next to ours often played loud music keeping us awake. |On the first night while we were sleeping (finally) a staff member took guests into our room. We think they forgot our room was "booked" occupied. ||The second night a staff member kept calling our room on the phone, we had an early bus to catch and we're trying to sleep. We disconnected the phone from the wall.|The fridge is a stocked mini bar full of energy drinks, alcohol and condoms- no room for personal food items. ||Its not a homely motel, it's a sex hotel. WORST EXPERIENCE ever, Place where hotel was disgusting. when i went out of my hotel i see dozens of people sleeping on road As I entered the room is was stinking like crazy and more over as center of the city you can't sleep properly cz of the traffic. Everyone working there is immature and they dont even have proper sense to talk. No chairs,No hair dryer in the room ,Room cleaners enter room with even asking and they provide me just one bottle for handwash, shower jel and shampoo, I MEAN SERIOUSLY NO LAUNDRY ,Even they have big machine on the 13 floor , when i asked them you have the machine they said per load is 50,000 cop.

I was trying to get refund just after entering but they wont let me do that. so i had to sped terrible 3 nights there.. NEVER GO THERE JUST LOOKING AT PRICE JUST SPEND 30-40$ MORE AND GET...

Pros: It's location is central and near transit and many different types of restaurants. The rooms are clean and well kept with a good sized television and fan bolted to the wall for air circulation. There is a Tostao brand coffee shop located on the ground floor next to the entrance of the hotel.

Cons *They are supposed to offer certain amenities like complimentary bottle of water and self laundry service neither of witch is true.. not necessarily a deal breaker but very frustrating when you're trying to decide on where to stay and you don't know whether or not they're going to honor what they advertise..
