Hotel Medellin Central — Hotel in Medellín

Basically everything. |We booked two bed room without outside windows and with AC but we got dirty room, with dirty sheets with fan so loud you could not get to sleep.||There was a lots of mold in the bathroom, the drain was blocked, so the first bath in the morning was a disaster and flooded the bathrom.||The noise from the street made us be awake most of the night. It basicaly ruined our first night and first day in Medellin. |Eventually we managed to get a new cleaner room, with AC. But that would not happen if we haven't meet randomly some sweet girl from Portugal, she knew to speak Spanish and helped us as translator.||Breakfast was terrible, there was no dining area but you have to take it inside your room, it is served in plastic plates and plastic glasses. You either get coffe or juice, there can't be booth 🥲.||Btw every taxi driver told us that the area was unsafe and suggested us to move to another place||I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISASTER TO ANYONE. ACCOGLIENZA: Arrivati in albergo alle ore 16:30 (dopo averlo cercato per un'ora a piedi perché l'insegna e l'ingresso sono microscopici) ci dicono che la stanza sarà disponibile verso le h18 perché c'è un guasto con L'ARIA CONDIZIONATA. |Vediamo poi che il guasto è stato risolto mettendo della carta sulla parte basculante del macchinario.|La signora che fa il turno di giorno è molto accogliente e disponibile. A pagamento è possibile fare lavare indumenti o altro. Servizio utile, ben fatto e rapido.||PAGAMENTO: chiedono contanti, ma sottolineiamo che in booking era previsto il pagamento con carta di credito, dopodiché ci dicono che il pos è guasto e l'indomani sarà possibile pagare con tarjeta.||UBICAZIONE STANZA:|La camera è attaccata (nel vero senso della parola) alla reception che è al primo piano.|Siamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi adolescenti) con un totale di 4 valigie (dimensioni bagaglio a mano). La stanza NON ha armadi, né appendini o ganci fissati al muro.|Con le valigie aperte per terra in stanza non ci si muove.|Usiamo il chiavistello rotto della porta e un chiodo per attaccare almeno due felpe.||Albergo collocato in una zona rumorosa, per cui aspettatevi musica ad alto volume tutta notte.||LENZUOLA COPRI MATERASSO: hanno delle macchie che probabilmente non vengono più via.||In ordine chiediamo (perché mancanti in camera): lenzuola, tappetino per la doccia, telecomando condizionatore.|NB come TAPPETO del bagno ci danno una salvietta e questo ci dà molto da pensare.. (non hanno tappetini scendidoccia)||BAGNO:|Il water si intasa al terzo utilizzo e bisogna usarlo con cautela.|Ci sono 3 appendini per gli asciugamani, peccato che siamo sempre in 4.||La presa accanto al lavandino ha fatto una scintilla nel momento in cui abbiamo deciso di mettere in carica un cellulare, percui non è utilizzabile.||PULIZIA STANZA:|Dalla porta di ingresso entrano alcuni insetti, tipo scarafaggi piccolini, innocui, si limitano a stare sul pavimento, ma cmq non sono piacevoli, perciò valigie sempre chiuse!||Passo un fazzoletto sull'asse di legno accanto al letto e il risultato è un fazzoletto nero di polvere. Probabilmente mai pulita.||COLAZIONE: È la ciliegina sulla torta perché ce la consegnano alle h9 direttamente in camera...ma non come servizio plus, di lusso.. semplicemente perché non è prevista un'area adibita alle colazioni.|Non male, ma cmq non pratica, non essendoci neanche un tavolino con delle sedie.||Non c'è ascensore.||Catalogato come 3 stelle su booking, reputiamo che nella realtà...
