Hostal Taragona Plaza — Hotel in Taganga

Mucho cuidado con este lugar. Las habitaciones que reservas por Booking no son las que te entregan. Reservé una con balcón y me dieron una con una ventana que da al cuarto de lavado, justo al lado de la recepción, donde ponen música hasta tarde. Lo peor es que al hacer el reclamo por Booking, intentaron tratarme de ladrón a través de la aplicación, exigiendo el pago completo de dos noches. Según ellos, nos fuimos sin pagar la noche que sí pasamos allí, cuando en realidad pagamos todo en efectivo: 80.000 COP con un billete de 100.000, y al día siguiente nos devolvieron el cambio. ¡Tengan cuidado!

Be very careful with this place. The room you book through Booking.com is not the one they give you. I booked a room with a balcony, but they gave me one with a window facing the laundry room, right next to the reception area where they play loud music until late. Even worse, when I complained through Booking, they tried to accuse me of being a thief on the app, demanding payment for two nights.
