Sunrise Condos Tamarindo — Hotel in Tamarindo

We stayed in apartment Sunrise #35|It was obvious the owner had recently upgraded. Newly painted walls and cabinets, which are all white, creating a crisp, clean look and feel. New tile backsplash.|New style washer and dryer.|Everything was in perfect working order, and no signs of wear and tear.|Beach Chairs that were very sturdy. Definitely not the cheap ones.|Great Views from the balcony|The grounds are beautifully maintained.|It is a gated community with 24/7 Guards at the gate, not that you feel it is needed, because my wife and I felt very safe anywhere we went in Tamarindo.|2.5 bathrooms was a huge bonus, with six adults staying in the same unit.|Small grocery store just outside the gate or a supermarket just down the road less than 1/2 mile with everything you need.|The fresh fish market beside the supermarket and the Tuna and Mahi Mahi were fantastic on the host-provided grill.|My wife has been there three times with her girlfriends, and we are planning a trip there with the kids.|The beach is right across the street, and where else can you get a 1-hour deep tissue massage for $45?|The people are super friendly, and there is a park where you can buy from food trucks of all nationalities.|I recommend this rental for anyone who wants to get away for some truly relaxing time...

We stayed as a family of four (two kids aged 6 and 9) and really enjoyed it. We stayed in #26 and the owners were so great and helpful, before and during our stay. The grounds are maintained exceptionally well and the 24/h security was nice to have (though Tamarindo seemed extremely safe). The pool was great and the "no swim" times allow for quiet time, which was nice early in the morning and at nighttime. Our balcony was large, but being enclosed kept it cool and we could use it at any time of the day. There is a bar nearby that you hear on weekends, but it wasn't bad and usually went quiet by about 10. There is a family of howler monkeys in the trees at the back who can be quiet rowdy in the mornings, but that's part of the Costa Rica experience! Lots of beautiful birds, geckos, etc. Everything we needed was steps away (we did not rent a car). Beach was right across the street. So many great places to eat. One hour from the airport in Liberia. People of all ages (young couples, seniors, families, etc..) were here and everyone was kind and respectful (no early morning saving chairs by the pool, etc..). I highly recommend this condo for anyone staying...
