King's Street Apartments — Hotel in City of Zagreb

The apartment owner is very bad customer services. worth for value. The address given is different from what advertised in trip.com upon booking. Feel like scam. The entrance to stairs to apartment no light at all, so doggy and scary at late night. Not advisable for lady. The water pressure in bathroom was so low, cannot even wash hair and bath. Toilet door cannot close. The bedsheets was so thin and old. The blanket not with cover, no hygiene. Parking garage was so far away like 1km walk at doggy street at night and cost EUR13 per day. With all cost in, better book a proper hotel around where more value for money. @Trip.com shall scan through the host thproughly and take action against genuine listing, not cunning host and cheated the consumer on different address, like...

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is unbeliveable, you have everything you could possibly want. It is really cute and nicely designed, not to mention excellent cleanliness. The location is great - in the centre of Zagreb, so you can walk everywhere. The parking option was very useful for us. I travel quite a lot, yet it was probbably the best stay I’ve ever had.
