I really don’t understand why would someone be like that.. the old lady was fine and sweet - also from reception. Hotel is old but very clean which is most important for me. I booked directly with the hotel and my standard room with a queen sized bed was small, although adequate for a night or two. Many foreign TV channels available. The bed was firm and excellent. The in-room safe did not work but as I stayed one night only, I was not bothered. I had access to a very big balcony from my room.
