Guesthouse Nice room — Hotel in Grad Zadar

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was huge and had a very comfortable memory foam mattress. It's inside the same building as the bus terminal so makes it convenient if arriving late. The instructions on how to access the room were very good. A small, personal criticism is the use of white bulbs in all the lights as these produce lots of blue light, keeping me awake.

It is far from the old town, roughly 15-20 minutes walk away. Whilst not a huge problem for me, it should be taken into consideration.

Also, directly outside the rooms is a very busy car park at all times of the day. Whilst we stayed in the first room which had a huge concrete wall blocking most of the noise, I suspect the other rooms won't be so lucky.

Communication with the host was a smooth experience and they even allowed me to store my bags under the stairs in the entrance...

Far from the old town, but close to the bus terminal. We came from Split late and had a flight the next day, so for a night it was fine and the location was convenient. It is 12 minutes with car from the airport. For the price this is not the ideal place, specially if you are staying more than a couple of days. The room was really clean and the communication with the owner was smooth. He gave us a code and we entered when we needed to. Also this is not related to the place, but during the night there was a lot of people in the parking lot behind the building in cars, doing a lot of noise like acceleration noises and beeping. Бронювали через Booking , в описі вказали є парковка 8€ за добу, в результаті парковка 1€ -1 година . Бронювали на декілька днів ,в кавову машину дали по одній капсулці кави . В кінці коли прийшлось виселятись прийшло повідомлення ,що потрібно ще залишити 6€ - питання за що? Якщо при бронюванні було враховано податки...
