Is it really public if you get yelled at and thrown out by 'the boss' (as he called himself over and over again) just because you have a well behaved dog on a leash sitting on the grass with you? The dog was not entering the water nor peeing, barking, or doing anything wrong, he was just chilling sitting under the tree and the man clearly had a problem with it's presence alone. He was being rude and raised his voice at us. Plus the toilets are very dirty, ladies' room has no handle or latch, there is no toilet paper, I'd recommend to go elsewhere since this is not a nice place managed by nice people.
