Caffe Bar Popeye — Restaurant in Grad Zadar

Caffe Bar Popeye proved to be an excellent choice for a relaxing break during our visit. The highlight was undoubtedly the top-notch waterfront view, which provided a peaceful atmosphere to unwind.

Despite the slightly longer wait time due to only one waiter being available during our visit, the service was decent. The prices for coffee were particularly reasonable, adding to the overall appeal of the place.

Beautiful location, overlooking the beach, fairly priced drinks but the waitress with blonde hair was probably the rudest and most unfriendly server we encountered in our whole time in Zadar. It didn’t matter how friendly we were, how much we smiled and thanked her or what size tip we left she just behaved as if we were totally unwelcome there.This behaviour was not just reserved for us she seemed to hate everyone in the place. I asked for Nescaffe Classic and got a Nescaffe Cappuccino. After asking waiter about which one is it, I was explained that I need to emphasise that I don't want Nescaffe Cappuccino but Nescaffe Classic so it wasn't waiter's responsibility. 🤔Obviously, he didn't know the difference between two so he brought a bag of coffee he used. All this wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have an alergic reaction to coconut from cappucciino after trying it.
