Thessaloniki Tavern — Restaurant in Κοινότητα Χλώρακα

Have just returned from a week's holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. We decided to go self-catering so that we could enjoy the restaurants in the local area to where our accommodation was and what a find the Thessaloniki Tavern was. The owner Chris and his family were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We arrived late on a Friday night, our accommodation was about 50 metres from the Thessaloniki Tavern so we dropped our bags and hurried there hoping to get a drink and bite to eat after a very very long day... We were told that food had stopped at 10pm, however, Stefan (the owner's son) seeing how deadbeat we were, quickly served up some Moussaka and chips for us - for which we were very grateful. The food and drink is very reasonably priced, very tasty and highly recommend the Thessaloniki Tavern - we will certainly be visiting again the next time we're in Cyprus. We visited Thessaloniki Tavern this summer. It was great - both the food and the view (especially during the sunset!). We tried kleftiko pork chop and chicken kebab which were delicious. We liked it better than all other restaurants located closer to the city. The atmosphere was very friendly thanks to the amazing staff (it's a family business run by lovely people :)). Thanks one more time for chasing us with the bag we forgot to take from the restaurant!
