This hotel is definitely a good place to stay when visiting ayia napa. It is located perfectly between the city center and nissi Beach :)
We had booked three rooms, all of them came with a balcony or terrace next to the pool :) All of the rooms were newly renovated and were very nice and clean, modern furniture and comfortable beds. Almost all rooms are located in small houses with only four apartments in each house which is great! All the buildings are in good condition!
The food was very good, lots to choose from and fresh. There is something for everyone, even picky people. ;) They cooked new dishes every day, so even if you stayed here for longer than we did you won't get tired of the food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant, but almost the entire rest of the day there will be snacks available in terms of burgers, hotdogs, haloumi sandwiches, chicken nuggets, fries, fruit, and much more. To be noted is that this "fast food" kind of food is found in the snackbar, but the restaurant do serve normal food!
There is one bar in the restaurant and one by the pool, they both serve you quickly and have a long lists of available drinks. We ordered lots of drinks that was not on the list aswell, and they happily mixed them for us :) Heads up, the drinks are strong! If you want a weaker one just tell them or order a soda and mix it in yourself. They also serve ice cream in the bar and it is really tasty! They offer 4 flavors and all of them are good, but the banana one is super tasty!
They pool is large, and there is a separate pool for volleyball. Both of them are very nice and clean. There are lots of sunbeds available, and even a wooden deck with sunbeds outside the pool area if you wanna lay down by the beach :) Almost everyday the hotel entertainment staff arrange a short waterpolo match, quizzes, bingo and lots of other activities.
They do have a tenniscourt and they will lend you rackets and a ball :) however, they have very soft balls (kids style balls) and there are some holes in the fencing. I can understand that they have not renovated the tenniscourt since we seemed to be the only guests that used it when we were there. But hey, we still had a blast playing tennis in the sun and were very pleased with that we were able to play!
They do however keep a very high volume when playing music or talking on the stage untill about midnight, but please notice that this is not some kind of party hotel that some other reviews have suggested :) It did not even bother us, but I can understand that it bothers some guests. If the hotel staff reads this I really hope they lower the volume a bit. All the guests at the bar would still hear them great...
I almost forgot! There is a Waterpark that is included in the all-inclusive! You can come here every day if you want to and the slides are fun :) they have 6 slides that is fun for everyone and a handfull for smaller kids, other than that they have a "river" you can float down and a kids area :)
The reception is super friendly and they will answer your questions, post your letters, book cabs and help you with everything else you need :)
They still let us eat at the restaurant and drink in the bar after we checked out and was waiting for our transfer, and even offered to store passports and other valuables behind the counter when we did not have our rooms anymore. Super great service!
Conclusion: Go here! You will be just as...
Read moreWe stayed in room 3101 for 7 nights which is very close to everything and we liked it very much. The room was cleaned very well, the woman was very nice if we needed anything. We liked her hard work a lot! Reception was fine too. Very nice bar staff, Sava was very kind and advised good drinks on the first day of arrival. The beach is small, but enough good and very close, there are sun beds for 2,50€ and you can take beach towels for a refundable deposit from the reception for 10 € one. The wifi wasn't fast, there were days when it didn't work at all in the evenings, it's good that we had our own internet. Nice pool and there was space for everyone, there is an aqua park just in front of the hotel but the slides didn't work everyday. A lot of animations for tourists from Russia and sometimes you feel uncomfortable not knowing this language. Also staff often try to spoke to everyone in Russian, even though we spoke in a different language. It looked like they were only trying to show their service to Russian tourists. Now a bit about the main restaurant, service and food which just ruined the whole opinion about our holiday there. Only fruit and vegetables were good, English breakfast, some snacks was fine, some of the dinners were very good, the rest of the food was terrible.
The last hour just disappointed all my stay. 17.10.2021 at 19:20 we had a transfer to the airport from the hotel, we were asked to wait 15 minutes before which is from 19:05. Dinner was from 7pm. At 6:56 pm we decided to go to dinner to be on time for our transfer. But a woman working in the main restaurant (I don't know her name, blonde with glasses, local) immediately started to say why we came 4 minutes before, we said very polite that we have a transfer and we want to take food in front of everyone, to be for the transfer on time. It's only 4 minutes .. whatever, she started laughing at us. She asked where we are from and said that we have to behave like European citizens. Embarrassment. Later she said that if I was in your country, would it be nice if she had come to our restaurant 4 minutes before. I said that tourists are always welcome in any European country, but not here. We just left. We came back at 7:00 p.m., the light wasn't on yet, this woman started checking the watch again if we weren't cheating and she started laughing at us again with the colleague who works with her. Embarrassment. Poor service. We felt they were talking about us in their own language. We didn't feel like being there anymore and we were glad it was our last day. Would we go back.... Cyprus yes this...
Read moreFirst holiday abroad on my own with my 10 year old daughter who has Asd , after reading some reviews I was a little worried arrived about 3am a lovely older gentleman who originally from Uk at reception made me cup tea and gave us sand which room was very clean and every other day cleaner came emptied bins swept & washed floors gave fresh towels bedding smelt lovely and fresh, we were all inclusive and cocktails were included only 3 weren’t , I made my own cocktail choice and the pool was cleaned every morning as I went to breakfast early so saw it being cleaned and all around pool hoses down , all staff were very nice even had a fridge in our room even though we weren’t self catering air conditioning included and Wi-Fi , my daughter only eats chip’s nothing more from dinners we brought her organic pouches with us as we always do one night no chips on kids menu but mash she was upset but asked why no chips and the chef made some just for her , I will say the only downside I had was their meal choices I struggled to find anything decent and each night the desserts were same 3 which weren’t great fruit was poor quality too and the cream leather dining chairs needed a good clean if it wasn’t for the fact of the meals being so poor , u could see a lot that whatever wasn’t used would be made into something else later on and knowing that it was so poor was a let down , I don’t eat loads anyway but they need to sort that issue out , the water park on photos is no longer in use but their other hotel 5 mins in mini bus provided free of charge driven by another cheerful older gentleman u can use the same water park and have lunch there but my daughter was happy in the normal pool which was max of about 10 people in it the whole week so perfect for her and me location is perfect 20 mins walk to Aiya Napa harbour , most relaxing week ever if the food was much better I’d definitely stay there again because that was the only let down . But still wish we didn’t have...
