Tequila Mexican Garden — Restaurant in Ayia Napa

After visiting Cyprus 9 times and this restaurant 6 times I will say this was the worst experience ever in Cyprus. We were 3 couples with 2 kids (9 yeara old). I made reservation through phone and because of bad connection me and the waiter misunderstood each other. When we arrived there, the same guy I spoke to in the phone fixed the right table. This guy was really service minded. When we was ready to order, the waiter who came looked annoyed. He was stressed, unpolite and just wantet us to order fast. My friend had a question about the kids menu, but he couldn't answere properly. He gave us wrong answer. Then she asked about another menu because her kid have allergies, and he just rolled his eyes, made a hard breathing like if he just wanter us to order. I sat right beside him and it was just seconds away before i just told him what i tought about his service and attitude and then take all my party and leave. We would have left if it was not for the kids was hungry. He spoke to my friend like she was stupid and didn't understand anything. This guy ruined rest of the night with his bad service. I regret that I didn't contact management right away. I am sure we will not be back and I don't recommend this restaurant as long as this guy...

I came to Cyprus and happily got surprised to see a Mexican restaurant, when I came here the atmosphere was fantastic and the decorations wow! But when I ordered tacos and fajitas, the meat and the chicken was so so dry and tasteless. With a sort of sour crème and the “pico the gayo”. Without lime as well and not hot at all… Guacamole for the tacos? Hamburgers in the menu? Pasta in the menu? Mushrooms in almost every “Mexican specialty” in their menu? So disappointed to see a so beautiful place cause they went actually all in with the furnishings..but with this sort of food for the tourists…👎🏻 But for you people that has giving them 5 stars..you MUST try real Mexican food. This is so far away from that. ¿Good food? yes, but not Mexican! And tips for the restaurant, you should add Michelada to your drink menu, cause having so many sort of drinks but not...

Worst meal we had in our 10 day stay in Ayia Napa. I had the cheeseburger and was throwing it back up within 10 minutes from eating it. Whilst in the toilet, there seemed to be another customer in the stall next to me also throwing up... Another member of my party had the burrito which was still frozen in the middle. It was very fatty and chewy and when the staff were told about this there was no empathy. The rude waitress then offered us a "complimentary" drink to which we agreed and asked for a daiquiri. She then flat out refused this and told us it was either a margarita or tequila, none of which we drink. They didnt like the honesty of how we found the food when they were the ones inspecting our plates asking why we didnt like this. Will never go back here and would advise anyone to not even bother wasting your time and...
