The hotel located in the night life part of the town, 1.3 km from the main town beach. Close to all bars, restaurants and clubs. However, the area is rather calm at night.||The hotel a bit dated, but kept clean and tidy, with friendly and helpful staff and nice pool beautifully illuminated at night. There is a snack bar next to a pool, but it was closed||due to coronavirus measures.||Rooms do not have Internet connection, but WiFi access point is next to the pool, so signal is good at balcony or in the room close to the balcony.||The connection was good and reliable.||There is free parking in front of the hotel.||The studio had two rooms: living room with two sofas and another with two separate beds and wardrobe. The living room has small kitchen with all tools and fridge and electric kettle.||There is no safety box in the room, but this is typical for Cyprus and I never felt it is really needed. Cyprus is a really safe country.||The apartment has bathroom with shower and toilet. There are some 3-4 sockets around apartment, all British ones (type G).||Ayia Napa has only 3 thousands inhabitants, the most of locals live in Paralimni, so shops in Ayia Napa mostly sells alcohol, snacks and souvenirs.||So for buying something substantial, one has to go to Paralimni, which has Public, Stephanis and Sports Direct.||There are quite good Plus Discount supermarkets in Ayia Napa. The smaller one just 300 meters from the hotel next to Ayia Napa Monastery, and the bigger one in 750 meters.||Nearby Best Buy Supermarket is also worth visiting.||3 km to the east Ammos Kambouri Beach, which is lovely natural beach off the beaten path.||And 3.6 km to the west is Nissi Beach, where all youth gathers to party.||The bus stop is next to Ayia Napa Monastery (400m), where you can take bus to Paralimni (501, 502), Ayia Napa Water Park, Protaras, Cape Greco (101, 102),...

Pool is cleaned every day so thats a +, works till 6 pm so u can’t go for a swim whenever u want.
