This review is only about the hotel itself. My group and I were evacuated to this hotel during Hurricane Irma and I was so glad that it was only 1.5 days. The structure itself is outdated and the rooms are run down. I personally would not recommend this resort but only because I prefer more modern, newer rooms. The food was average, but there are some good dishes. The beach was public and could be overrun with locals trying to sell their items or illicit drugs. The highlight for me was the staff! They were extremely friendly and went out if their way to make our stay as good as it could possibly be given the circumstances. They were definitely the highlight! I was celebrating my birthday and casually mentioned it to the food coordinator and he came back with an assortment of cakes with a candle and sung to me! This is just one example of how great the staff is.

Just came here for the Beach Vibes today! The beach and the water were amazing. Also, the Marina Bar at the boat dock was the best. The Bartender did her thing all day!! Amazing Service!

It is what it says for a resort nothing hidden here. We arrived late and there was no one to orientate us with the hotel. The other guests were mainly European so being a group of English speaking Canadians we found it hard to figure things out about the area and hotel. The area is very noise polluted but if your looking to see the sights and sounds that would probably be alrite. Quiet time was generally from 12-6am... Food was not very bad. Only one al a carte restraunt included on the resort not 5 as described previously...no food is available before 7am if you are leaving early For an excursion. Rooms were sub par. Airconditioning is very loud works very well, but it wakes you up when it kicks in. Bathroom door and patio door would not close properly. We Also had issues with getting our beach towels exchanged. May have been a language barrier but took 7 hours to get new towels after speaking to 10 or more employees. Bottom line a nice resort for a budget price with low expectations but NOT an English speaker bf...

(1) Stayed there 3 nights but had to buy 4 to get the so called deal, the rooms floor was wet with the leaking toilet.

(2) met a friend @ the airport who took me to the resort, we had dinner off property then came back to just try n sit on the beach, was stopped by security three times all trying to kick my friend off property because he didn't have a band on his hand.

(3) even if the property is sold-out, they still sell day passes to the locals to enjoy the amenities of the resort n it becomes way to overcrowded with family's n kids.

(4) the music poolside starts before 9am n go's well into the night 11pm or so, everyday!!!

(5) if you're looking for tasteless food, you have come to the right place.

(6) hotels wifi was constantly kicking me off n then to get back on, you had to sign in, again n again n again n again.

(7) please take my advice and find another resort to spend your money at, this one's just...
