Hotel Turístico Marian — Hotel in Las Terrenas

I booked and paid for this hotel for two nights before the first day was over I notified to tell I was not going to stay for the next night. Shower drain with not work and the water was all over the bathroom floor going into the bedroom. The included breakfast was hardly worth it. The air conditioner did not work and the room was dirty. Therefore I decided not to stay another night. The management refused to give me a refund for the second night. And on top of that they charged me twice on my credit card. Appartement tres très sale, eau qui perce les plafonds donc il pleut dans les 2 chambres et dans la salle de bain,tres tres bruyants , impossible de dormir klaxon cris aucun respect ,pas de lampe dans la chambre pendant 8 jours , après 2 jours plus de gaz , on dois acheter nous même une bobonne de gaz à nos frais , aucun service hôtelier, vaisselle , cuisinière, intérieur des meubles degoutant , jamais vu de femme de ménage pendant 1 mois , vraiment vraiment à déconseiller, et en plus il vous font payer l électricité à votre départ , aucune information que c est celui qui occupe l appartement au moment u la bobonne est vide qui dois la remplacer,il vous font payer l électricité au depart or qu il n y a eu aucune information ni relevé a votre arrivée, en bref fuyer cet hôtel, qui pour moi n en ai pas un , à évité absolument, plein de cafards, de chenille si vous marcher dessus vous avez de la fièvre ,et plein de moustique sale sale ,mauvaise expérience. Absolument rien à voir...

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and it was all for a great price. I would definitely stay here again if i was back in Las Terrenas. The room had AC Wifi and a TV with Netflix. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was an 5 minute walk...
