Hostal bryana inn — Hotel in Baños de Agua Santa

Horrible visit. The staff is very rude and tried to cheat us for more money at checkout because a sheet was little dirty. The staff are not helpful, we were not allowed to check in on time, it was dirty, we were not allowed to drink anything in the hotel while the staff themselves drank alcohol and hung out at the reception the whole time. It's the worst accommodation I have stayed in, in South America and I can not...

Hostal Bryana was excellent! The staff were very friendly and quick to accommodate our needs. Spent 2 nights here and easily would have spent a few more..if time permitted. The room was basic but clean and had a great washroom and shower! In a quiet part of the city which was nice for sleeping but still easy access to anything and everything...no meed for taxis/cars...everything was in walking distance. A great...

REALLY BAD

We were staying here for 3 days me and my girlfriend. The staff was very rude, yelling when informing you can’t enjoy a glass of wine in the room. Also you can’t smoke nor drink at the top of the hotell. Wifi doesn’t work. The place is really nasty and the staff is the most rude/unfriendly without cause.
