JARDIN DE MARIANE — Hotel in Baños de Agua Santa

We stayed in Baños for a few days and enjoyed the local food and culture. We asked our Ecuadorian guide to recommend a locally owned place for good food with a warm environment. Our guide said "Café Mariane" without hesitation.

The food was delicious and the environment was cozy and romantic. It was nice to have a wood fireplace beside our table. The waiter was very friendly and we had a beautiful night.

It's located right beside "Hotel Floresta" (also recommended) and it has an interesting/romantic entrance.

I'm surprised this place wasn't packed but hope others find this hidden gem. Highly recommended by two foodie...
