Spa Gamboa — Hotel in Baños de Agua Santa

I am using spa in this hotel.the management is not good.they take high price than other spa in baños but spa is not fully professional.it just a spa with some service. The hydro massage is not working good.swimming pool is not acording to the climate of baños.its a very cold.its big enough but little dirty.you need to take your purse in your hand to order because they donot have number system.when people using the swimming and health club service it's ridiculous to carry your money purse with you That's not practical.but in this spa whatever you ask like drink and some snacks go to the cloak room and bring your purse to pay immediately.its so ridículas. Place is big enough and can bring young kids too.parking also available but street parking. Cleaning and hygening is so so.if they make more professional spa that's very good...

We were staying in Banos for 2 nights but only stayed at Gamboa for 1 night because of how gross the pool was. The room was average, nothing special. There was what looked like black mold on a spot of the bathroom ceiling. There is no AC but this is common. The "restaurant" on-site only serves breakfast and it's a little fruit, bread, ham, cheese, eggs, juice, and milk.||The pool/spa area was disgusting. Because it's inside and there is poor ventilation, the mold and algae growth was out of control, which is causing the smell. There was mold on the ceiling and floors, and green algae on the tiles around the pools. It needs good ventilation and frequent cleaning with...

Such a nice place to stay! Just one month they opened and The bedroom is just perfect and very clean nothing to say! Super calm, Super clean and super new!|Staff of the hotel is also very nice, polite and will do everything to make you happy. Same at the restaurant, the chef is just exceptional and her food is lovely! Try her LASAGNA just awesome! The spa side need a bit of more organisation but the massage was very good, the jacuzzi and swimming pool area need a bit of refresh but they just start and I'm sure that will be their next goal :)|Lovely people in a lovely...
